FREIGHT POLICY:

Continental US Only

Lubricant orders under $100 are charged $14.95 for freight. Lubricant orders over $100 are shipped freight prepaid. Customer pays freight on hazardous case orders. Customer pays freight on all drums. It is the responsibility of the consignee to inspect the merchandise upon receipt. Claims for shortages or damages must be submitted by the consignee to the carrier upon receipt of shipment. Freight policies apply to ground shipments by UPS or common carrier to one location.

ORDERS: All orders are subject to acceptance by Klotz Synthetic Lubricants. Minimum net reorder is $25.00 per shipment to one address. COD orders are subject to a UPS COD fee(hazardous products cannot be shipped COD.)
