Klotz Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

If you're not completely satisfied with Klotz products, you may return unused, sealed product for credit. Return authorization must be obtained from Klotz prior to returning any product. All returns must (a) have the return authorization number clearly marked on the exterior of each carton, and (b) be shipped to Klotz in the original factory carton or equivalent. Customer will receive full credit, less freight and a 20% restocking fee.
